We’re collectors first, so we understand the excitement of new product drops, the frustration of shipping delays, and the importance of honest communication.

If you ever need help, reach out through our website or email. Our team aims to reply within 24–48 hours, and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re taken care of.

  • We never sell, trade, or share your personal information.

  • All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems.

  • Sensitive data (such as payment info) is handled only by trusted third-party processors and is never stored on our servers.

We follow industry-standard safety practices to ensure your shopping experience is protected at all times.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 4–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.
We currently ship within the United States. Unknown Collectibles TCG is not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, as sealed TCG products cannot be returned or resold once opened.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact customer support as soon as possible for assistance.

Authenticity Guarantee

​We only sell 100% authentic trading card products sourced from trusted distributors, partners, and reputable vendors.
We do not sell repackaged, resealed, or counterfeit items under any circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Unknown Collectibles TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must contact the carrier to file a claim.

Preorders

Preorder dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless noted otherwise.

Purchase Limits

Some items may have purchase limits to ensure fairness for all customers. Orders that exceed these limits may be adjusted or canceled.
